Preparation takes from one to seven business days depending on your plan. USPTO review takes considerably longer.

How do I trademark a business name?
Start with a search to see whether similar names are already registered, then file an application with the USPTO that identifies your name and the goods or services you offer. We prepare and submit that application for you.
What is the difference between a trademark and a copyright?
A trademark protects names, logos and slogans that identify a business. A copyright protects original creative works such as writing, music, photos and software.
Do I need to renew my trademark?
Yes. A U.S. registration requires maintenance filings between the fifth and sixth year and again every ten years. Missing a deadline can put the registration at risk.
